This was the game that made me what most would consider a hardcore gamer. Not nearly true as I played MUDs pretty obsessively; but it was my first MMO. It was the follow-up to NCSOFT's Lineage which I had never heard of before playing but L2 looked badass compared to Everquest. Last week I was working on cleaning up the back storage room where I had tonnes of old PCs that are outdated and apparently don't work anymore (286, 386, 486, Pentium 3). Found another box with Baldur's Gate II and Diablo manuals and thought it'd be great if I could play at least Baldur's Gate again.
