Well it is now confirmed on forums by community manager Stephen Reid that Early Game Access will in fact start on Tuesday December 13th for those who registered there pre-order codes early enough (i.e. around July 21st, 2011). According to news and his responses, emails will start going out shortly after 7am EST on Tuesday after early access starts
